Abstract:	I am going to introduce CR Paneitz operator, which plays an essential role in CR geometry. In particular, we will point out that there should be a deep relation between the nonnegativity of CR Paneitz operator and CR embeddability. At least, they are equivalent when the CR structure is near the standard sphere.
